Year of the Snake Invitational | December 2025

2025 is the Year of the Snake. In the Chinese zodiac, those born under this sign are often seen as enigmatic, intelligent and deeply intuitive with a natural ability to understand the world around them. However, like all zodiac signs, the Snake has both positive and negative aspects that shape the personality of those born under its influence.

Ming Toy Gallery is currently seeking entries for the 2025 Year of the Snake Invitational that showcase any of these characteristics. Snakes are also welcome! It’s up to the applicant to interpret the theme. There is no entry fee, and submissions are limited to one per artist. Email us a photo and description of your work by Sept. 1, 2025. A Best of Show will be selected by a visiting gallerist and awarded at the conclusion of the exhibition.
