“Drawing The Interior” Opens Oct. 4

rBENSON CREATIVE DISTRICT - Ming Toy Gallery is pleased to host "Drawing The Interior" - an exhibition from Toni Parker, Ariel Carrillo and Emma Geiger - during the month of October. The opening reception is Friday, Oct. 4, from 6:00 to 9:00pm. It’s free and open to the public.

Parker's interdisciplinary practice is infused with process-oriented artworks and reflective writing on embodiment, life drawing and Buddhist practice. Carillo is a local illustrator whose self-published comics are critical reflections on anxiety and the artist's process. Geiger's sculpture works and drawings are an exploration of self using elements of physical interiors. Each uses drawing as a tool for expressing the interior.

"Drawing The Interior" is on display through Oct. 26. Regular fall gallery hours are:
